Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Lucas Bergvall has no concrete goals in mind for his first season at his new club, he just wants to perform to his best and be an influence for head coach Ange Postecoglou’s side.
The 18-year-old is currently on international duty with Sweden in the UEFA Nations League, his first appearance for Spurs since officially joining from Djurgardens in the summer.
His role in the first period with the Spurs was still small because he was only a substitute and was use for a total of 31 minutes. Therefore, the young player did not expect too much from himself. He just wanted to get regular playing opportunities first.
“Honestly, I don’t know what my expectations are for this season,” he told Ufabet.
“Because I’m facing a difficult situation, but it’s a fun pre-season, everything is new.”
